This store is operated by TryOcto LLC. Items are printed and shipped on demand by a third-party print provider, so they are made only after you order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, for any reason, at any time before it ships — for example if an item turns out to be unavailable, a price or product listing was wrong, we can't fulfil your delivery address, or we suspect fraudulent or abusive use of the store.

If we cancel, you are refunded in full. Every penny you paid goes back to your original payment method — we never keep money for an order we cancelled. Refunds are issued immediately on cancellation and typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.

Prices are shown at checkout and are what you'll be charged. We take the price from our own catalogue at the moment you check out, never from your browser. If a listing is wrong we'll cancel and refund rather than charge you a different amount.

Products, options and availability can change or be withdrawn at any time.

Because items are made to order, we don't accept general change-of-mind returns. If something arrives wrong, damaged or faulty, tell us and we'll put it right.

You can request a refund with your order number and email, or from your orders if you're signed in. A request isn't an automatic refund — we review each one and will be in touch by email.

Shipping is included in the price shown. Production and delivery times vary by item and destination; we'll email you when your order moves. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

The store and its content are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, TryOcto LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
